Walmart and Sam’s Club are making it easy for you to help our hungry neighbors all month long!
1. Visit your local Walmart and donate $1, $2 or $5 at the register, or choose your own amount.
2. Purchase a participating product in-store or online at Walmart.com to unlock one meal.
3. Donate online at walmart.com/fighthunger

Last year, Food Finders Food Bank benefited from more than $47,000 dollars from Walmart and Sam’s Club’s commitment to fighting hunger. New this year, the food bank plans to extend the reach of this campaign by leveraging stories about hunger and hunger relief from people across the community. Additionally, Food Finders will host produce drops throughout its service area. For each produce drop, similar to a mobile pantry, approximately 3,000 pounds of fresh fruits and vegetables will be distributed from Walmart and Food Finders Food Banks’ Regional Produce Cooperative through Feeding America. This produce will be distributed in counties throughout the food bank’s service area that also have a Walmart or Sam’s Club location. The schedule for produce drops is:

  • 4/22 – 10 am – Bauer Family Resources at 330 Fountain Street, Lafayette

  • 4/23 – 10 am – Grace & Mercy Ministries at W., 257 Oak Hill Road, Crawfordsville

  • 4/29 – 11 am – Ross Medical Education Center at 196 E. Southway Blvd., Kokomo

  • 5/2 – 11 am – First Evangelical Presbyterian Church at 352 W. Clinton Street, Frankfort

  • 5/6 – 10 am – Fountain Stone Theatre at 1376 St. Gaspar Dr., Rensselaer

  • 5/6 – 1 pm – Wolcott Community Building at 212 E Market St, Wolcott

  • 5/13 – 3 pm – First Baptist Church of Galveston at 207 Sycamore St, Galveston

  • 5/14 – 11 am – Matthew’s Market at 100 West 3rd Street, Rochester
