About the
Resource Coordination Program
Resource Coordinators work individually with neighbors to identify and remove barriers to achieving self-sufficiency using a strengths-based approach. This program offers support throughout life’s peaks and valleys, working directly with neighbors to connect them to the proper resources. Meeting with a resource coordinator is free and available to everyone in our 16-county service area.
Wrap-around services include clothing, childcare, transportation, and employment assistance, housing and utility assistance, health care assistance (including mental health and substance use services), education and cooking classes, information about legal aid, and help with Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF applications.
Resource Coordination is available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 am – 5 pm and Saturday from 10 am- 2 pm at the Fresh Market Food Pantry
Food Finders Food Bank Fresh Market is located at 2451 Greenbush Street Lafayette, Indiana 47904.
The best way for a neighbor who is seeking RC services, and lives outside of Tippecanoe County, is to set up an appointment with us either by phone or email.
