About the

Resource Coordination Program

Resource Coordinators work individually with neighbors to identify and remove barriers to achieving self-sufficiency using a strengths-based approach. This program offers support throughout life’s peaks and valleys, working directly with neighbors to connect them to the proper resources. Meeting with a resource coordinator is free and available to everyone in our 16-county service area.

Wrap-around services include clothing, childcare, transportation, and employment assistance, housing and utility assistance, health care assistance (including mental health and substance use services), education and cooking classes, information about legal aid, and help with Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF applications.

Did you know that you can earn credits anytime you meet with a Resource Coordinator, sign up for SNAP, or attend a class for the first time? These credits allow you to purchase small kitchen appliances or other items to help you access and prepare food. To learn how to earn credits and what you can buy with these, click here.

Resource Coordination is available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 am – 5 pm at the Fresh Market Food Pantry
(across from the Payless on Greenbush at 2200 Elmwood Avenue, Suite C7 in the Market Square Plaza.)

The best way for a neighbor who is seeking RC services, and lives outside of Tippecanoe County, is to set up an appointment with us either by phone or email.
