Yoga nidra is an ancient yogic practice that is both a form of meditation and a mind-body therapy. It is a systematic form of guided relaxation, typically practiced 35 to 40 minutes at a time. Mats will be provided for those who wish to lie on the floor, chairs for those who wish to remain seated. Please join us for some peace and relaxation.
