WRAP is the Wellness Recovery Action Plan – a self-designed prevention and wellness process anyone can use for building a healthy lifestyle. Each class in this series can stand alone but we encourage you to attend all four as they build, one upon the other. At the completion of the series you’ll receive a WRAP handbook. Join us as we discover simple & safe wellness tools, build self-esteem, develop action plans for responding when things get tough – all for the creation of a plan that fits your life and your needs! You can use your WRAP to maintain mental health, quit smoking, reduce clutter at home and so much more!
