Part of good mental healthcare is knowing what triggers get your stress levels to rise and how to execute a plan for coping with those triggers as they appear. We’re excited to welcome Mental Health America back for another class to help us learn about a variety of areas in our lives we can focus on to build maximum health and wellness, in spite of stress!
