Monthly Yoga and Meditation Series, presented by Debra and Unfold Yoga

This monthly series will focus on different techniques to help those new to yoga and meditation or those looking for a refresher for their practice. Each session is intended to stand alone; participation in previous sessions not required. Most sessions will include some gentle movement, so participants should wear comfortable clothing.
