Our annual Drive Away Hunger fall food drive kicks off October 19
and runs through November 30, 2018!
Food drives are a great way for businesses, organizations, and groups of all sizes to make a difference in the fight against hunger. In 2017, the Drive Away Hunger food drive helped Food Finders Food Bank collect more than 430,000 meals for people in need. This year, our goal is to collect the equivalent of 450,000 meals worth of healthy, nonperishable food.
With more than 77,000 of our Hoosier neighbors across North Central Indiana not knowing when or where their next meal is coming from, getting involved in this food drive is more important than ever. You can make a difference by organizing a food drive with your office, school, place of worship or any type of club or organization.
New this year, we are teaming up with our friends at Neuhoff Media to increase awareness, fun and friendly competitions around our food drives this fall!
Check out our food drive planning kit for more information. Flyer coming soon!
Thank you to the businesses, schools, and places of worship that have already signed up to host a food drive!
